What is ADHD and How Does it Affect Me? A Workshop to Help with Executive Functioning Skills.
We are pleased to announce this year's ADHD Executive Functioning Workshop, designed to provide a more in-depth understanding of executive functioning challenges and strategies for those affected by ADHD.
Following the success of last year's workshop, we have included more interactive activities and practical applications.
Participants will engage in a variety of exercises that aim to reinforce learning and develop essential skills. Workshops will cover topics such as time management, organisation, and self-regulation, while also providing participants with tools to implement in their daily lives.
Join us for 3 sessions of collaborative learning and support, where your child can connect with others facing similar challenges. This workshop promises to empower children and families with effective strategies and insights into managing ADHD effectively. Siblings of children with ADHD are welcome to attend.
This is a great opportunity for your child to gain knowledge and skills in a supportive environment. We look forward to welcoming you.
The workshops take place in the Lewisham / Greenwich area from Monday 28th July to Wednesday 30th July, 9.30-10.30am.
They are delivered by Jane, a teacher with more than 20 years experience.
